what's red, and yellow, and orange all over?

A mullet comprised of a single red-highlighted 16 inch ringlet.

Of note: the mullet ringlet is not centered at the back of her head... it starts at the side of her head.  it's a side mullet ringlet.

Saw this vision the other day at work. I think she was about 57 years of age.
